The Allegis Group is an award-winning staffing agency. I got to meet with their marketing and design teams, which are full of incredibly talented, passionate creatives. This infographic showcases the importance of having a good reputation as an employer, as having a bad reputation will skyrocket your costs and make it more difficult to acquire great talent. The Allegis Group is all about its people, and strives every day to find new and innovative ways to support and represent their candidates. I had a great time meeting with them and coming up with this visual representation of employer reputation costs!
